Our Mission:
GeneMods seeks to foster and strengthen the synthetic biology community at Northwestern and in Chicago. Toward this goal, we publish and present reviews and discussions of contemporary synthetic biology research advances and issues; invite leaders in the field to share insights through monthly meetings and podcast interviews; and engage in public dialogue about the policy, ethics and regulation of biological engineering online and in our community.
